Charter Mandell was formed in October 1989 by combining the financial services business of Ilford Accountants, Freedman Stuart, and Mandell Investment Analysis, which was run by Gary Mandell since 1985.

Freedman Stuart subsequently combined with Woodford Accountants Raffingers to become Raffingers-Stuart in January 2005.

Gary is Certified as a Financial Planner with the Personal Finance Society, a Member of he Institute of Financial Planning, and holds the Chartered Institute of Bankers Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice.

Gary has been active in Financial Services via Stock-broking and Building Societies since 1970, and specifically Personal and Corporate Financial Planning and Wealth Management since 1985

Our Client Base has a broad mix of Corporate, Professional and Post Retirement Clients seeking advice on Tax efficient capital growth and income management.

Advice is only given after a detailed appraisal of a client’s current and future circumstances, and is thus tailored specifically for each individual.
